We are committed to providing high-quality pre-packaged software to support our project. If you encounter fatal error with the software, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The refund will only be processed if you experience issues with the software that cannot be resolved within this 7-day period.
- Make sure you read the specifications properly. If your hardware did not meet the minimum requirements, we won't process your refund.
- The performance is dependent on your Apple silicon version. The usual FPS for this is between 5 to 15 fps which should be enough for video calls and Live streaming. That's why refunds for performance are not issued.
- Incase the app has a functionality issue and gives fatal error, if remains unsolved. will be viable for refund.
- In summary, refunds will only be offered for functionality issues not performance issues.

2. How to Request a Refund:

- I will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved after our efforts, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process:
